Posted by: | Commentsmy psychiatrist gives me medication but it doesn`t prevent my Panic Attacks I take anti depressants and mood stabilizers because i`m bipolar and i`m depressed alot but when Panic Attacks hit me I feel like i`m having a heart attack my chest hurts and I hyperventilate and I feel like my lungs are closing and I don`t have enough oxygen so I wanted to ask what is a way to manage or prevent Panic Attacks?
